Nigerian Dwarf goats are a great backyard/small scale breed. They make wonderful milkers for those who don't want the hassles of a full size goat and they can produce up to two quarts a day of wonderful milk that is much higher in butterfat and protein than other goat breeds. Their temperament and size also makes them great pets and have much more variety of color throughout their breed than most other goat breeds.
